This lovely 2 bedroom bungalow is part of a secure gated community in the heart of Doña Pepa. Within easy walking distance to all local amenities and with a communal swimming pool.
When you enter the property you’ll be welcome with a nice terrace with some plants and flowers and an outdoor table for four where you can enjoy your alfresco dining.
Once you enter the bungalow you’ll find a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a coffee table and as well a dining table for six from where you can have a look to the LED TV with international channels.
You’ll find the kitchen right next to the living room fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven and with a little breakfast counter to the living room.
From the kitchen you’ll access to the back side of the house and where you can go upstairs to the solarium terrace for some relaxation in one of the sun loungers.
You’ll have access to both bedrooms from the living room, one with a double size bed and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a built-in-wardrobe and air conditioning. You’ll find a en-suit bathroom in the main bedroom with walk-in-shower and a separated bathroom with a walk-in-shower.
The property benefits with a large communal swimming pool and garden area with enough space for relaxation or sunbathing in the green. The ideal property for all the family.
The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest, please note that this is additional fee and is not included in the departure clean. The cost is 15.00€ per guest and will be charged upon receiving confirmation of the total number of guests booked in.
