This is a lovely 2 bedroom rental property with a large bathroom and spectacular views to the La Marquesa Golf Course.
The house is very well equipped including air conditioning in the living room, extra fans, satellite TV, wifi and is tastefully furnished.
Close by there is a large communal swimming pool, 500m to the La Marquesa Golf Course, 2km to the family water park and less than 10 minutes drive to the white sandy blue flag beaches at Guardamar.
The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest, please note that this is additional fee and is not included in the departure clean. The cost is 15.00€ per guest and will be charged upon receiving confirmation of the total number of guests booked in.
