This is a large, family friendly, 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom “Super Lola” townhouse, conveniently located just a few mintues walk to the nearest shops and into the main town of Quesada.
On the lower level you will find a self contained apartment with two sofas that can be used for extra beds in the second lounge, an en suite bedroom and a guest shower room.
Also, a kitchenette with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and Hob. The main level has the main kitchen, lounge and a shower room.
On the upper level there are 2 further bedrooms, 1 double and 1 Twin, with another full bathroom.
Nicely furnished and well equipped with central air conditioning servicing the entry level and upper level with free standing fans on the lower level.
WiFi service, UK TV service, 3 sun terraces and the rear of the house overlooks a well maintained garden and communal swimming pool area.
With off road parking inside the gated community.
Golf and Aqua parks are a few minutes by car and several blue flag coastal beaches are approximately 7 or 8 minutes by car. An ideal holiday home for all the family.
The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest, please note that this is additional fee and is not included in the departure clean. The cost is 15.00€ per guest and will be charged upon receiving confirmation of the total number of guests booked in.
