The pool is heated, at additional cost, so no problems when taking a winter swim, and the villa has both hot and cold air conditioning, WiFi and TV services.
The Villa has plenty of space around the pool to enjoy the sun including a designated bbq area, a very nice garden with mature plants. Inside the furniture and decor is of a very high standard and equipped to an equally high level and well appointed for local amenities.
Perfectly situated in a quiet area and a short drive away from the town center and also not far from the lovely blue flag beaches of Guardamar 10 minutes by car, making this Villa the perfect base for holidays.
The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest, please note that this is additional fee and is not included in the departure clean. The cost is 15.00€ per guest and will be charged upon receiving confirmation of the total number of guests booked in.
